Job roles and what they entail:

Research assistant- sourcing contacts and contributors for programmes. supply their own ideas and work on location.
Scriptwriter- creating characters, dialogue and writing an engaging plot.
Commissioning editor- organise the editing of a production.
Storyboard assistant- support the artist, add additional characters fill in background details.
Director- visualise the screenplay while guiding the technical crew and actors
Producer- oversees film production. plan and coordinates various aspects of film production
Production assistant- helps to prepare the set printing and distributing daily paperwork.
Location scout- finding an environment best suited to a particular scene, ensuring thy can film their and are following guidelines.
Production team- technical staff who help produce the TV program etc
Multi-disciplinary converging roles- the people using new technology to fulfill multiple job roles such as filming and editing
